What is a Pay Off?

A new landscape is being born on earth. Navigating the choices and changes required on this new terrain takes knowledge and awareness that there is a payoff to every choice and change.  We assume a payoff is a positive, but that is not always true.  A payoff can also be a comfortable negative.  Making peace with “what is” can save us from the discomfort of change.  Unfortunately the new reality might prevent this fall back…..
