“The creation of the world did not take place once and for all time, but takes place every day.” This is an observation written by playwright Samuel Beckett.
This is great advice for Pay Offs part 3. However,
Great advice is only a collection of words without an offer of how to achieve the great advice!
So… Erase and Replace is an exercise for the moment. Take out a note book, open a payoff page in a Word document or find a scratch piece of paper and start writing a list of any habit, belief or payoff you want to change.
Once you have identified the change, my preference is old school paper and pencil. There is something about the action step of marking off an item on a list or using the eraser to signify the end. The mere act of placing a check mark on the item can be empowering signifying that you have within you the power to create change.
Turn inward and use your wisdom and inspiration to see the new picture and avoid the temptation to hold onto the past and control the outcome of the future. The key is staying focused on what matters, making sure the new payoff is spectacular!
Be patient with yourself. The Long standing issues do have an end if you let them. Sometimes it is hard to see while you are in the swirl of letting go, but if you can glimpse the new desired change, even for a second, you can be assured it can and will happen, eventually.
Remember Wilber’s mantra:
What we think about, we talk about;
What we talk about, we believe; and
What we believe, we create.
Love to all,
